Job Description

We are looking for applicants with the ability to consistently lift packages up to 150 lbs. (Dollies provided)

Must be able to constantly get in and out of the truck all day long.

Looking for individuals that are flexible and willing to pivot.

Every package must be delivered on time every day.

Show up in clothes you can move around in.

Be ready for your new outdoor gym.

Bring a jacket and a drink.

Requirments

We are looking for hard working, committed individuals with a strong work ethic.

Must be 21 years of age, pass a DOT physical, pass a drug test, and pass criminal/motor vehicle background check.

Opportunities to relocate and travel are available.

Ground Cloud

Easy to use software to help you navigate along your route.

Team Mentality

Often players on your team will jump in on other routes once they're finished to help get done for the day.

Efficiency

We pay a day rate. This means, you don't get punished for getting faster at your job! Faster you become, the more time you get back during your day.

Volume Bonus

More volume than normal? Have to go help someone else?

Receive $1 per extra stop you have above your normal package amount. This is called your threshold.
